Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Should you change your mind about your skincare purchase, we accept returns and exchanges for unopened and intact products. For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened or used.
- Returned clothing items must be unworn and unused with tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- We offer exchanges only on different colors and sizes of the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
*Failure to meet these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know your name, order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
