The Art of a Summer Picnic- Written by Anna Kulczycka, NB Intern

The Art of a Summer Picnic- Written by Anna Kulczycka, NB Intern
No plans this weekend? No problem. Our intern, Anna, has perfected the art of a summer picnic and she is here to share her tips with us!

Picnics are the perfect activity for summer 2021. They provide the opportunity to enjoy some time outdoors while treating yourself to some delicious food and some quality time with friends. There’s no dress code, no 2 hour table limits, and no rules. Whether you prefer to flaunt your new summer dress and gather all of your friends, or kick back in your favorite NB loungewear with a good book, there is no wrong way to picnic!

Last week I got together with a few of my friends and we had a blast creating our version of the perfect summer picnic. I’ve shared the details below in hopes of inspiring you to have a picnic of your own. I hope you enjoy it!

-First, we decided who was going to bring what. My friend Julia and I were in charge of dessert, so we used her mom’s delicious blondies recipe! (shared below

-While the blondies were baking and cooling, we practiced some self-care with my favorite mud mask, the Relax Mud Mask. With soft and glowy skin, we then got dressed and did some light makeup.

-Our friends Jen and Kristi came over and we set up everything around the patio, including all the food they brought: pesto pasta, fruit, vegetables, and garlic bread.

-After a delicious dinner, we relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company and took pictures to remember the beautiful night.
